feedings, breastfeeding support, sleep techniques, preemie care and more, or an experienced
parent with an always sick toddler or a teenager with recurrent strep, I will be there every step of
the way!
Pediatrician waiting rooms are crowded and place your child at increased risk for exposure to
illness, not to mention the four to six hour wait times in the emergency room. With membership,
you are able to contact your provider directly via call, text or video and receive prompt answers
to your questions or concerns. We also offer in- office and in- home visits at hours that most
pediatric offices are closed. We provide a comprehensive assessment including rapid testing
(such as strep, flu, COVID-19) and other laboratory collection services when necessary

per month, 1 sport/camp/daycare physical per year, and $10 off any scheduled
appointment
Blooms- our most comprehensive package: $75/month, includes unlimited
texting/phone calls, 1 telemedicine appointment per month, 1 in-home appointment per
year, 1 sport/camp/daycare physical per year, 1 in-office CPR class (2 adults included)
per year, and $10 off any scheduled appointment
*Strep, COVID, and flu testing available for additional fee and could allow for in home testing
and diagnosis without scheduling appointment!
** Texts received after 10 pm may not be answered until 6 am the following day. Please allow
up to 2 hours for responses
***10% discount will be given if annual membership is paid in full
****Must have 3 months paid prior to receiving in-home appointment, physical, or CPR class
